The Founder

The immense contribution of the company's founder, the late Majid Khan Jadoon, is universally acknowledged across the insurance and takaful industry of Pakistan. His dedication to the insurance industry in general, and the surveying industry in particular, spanned well over 50 years. Active in the profession since 1966, he was highly regarded throughout the industry for his professional integrity, unmatched writing skills, and impeccable handling experience. He founded the company on August 1, 1975, starting as a one-man proprietary operation in Karachi. Under his leadership, it was subsequently registered as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance of Pakistan in 1999. He possessed a rare combination of honesty, integrity, and firmness, balanced by an extremely humble nature—crucial qualities for a truly effective leader. He admirably maintained a harmonious balance between his personal and professional life, even during the most hectic times, setting a lasting example for others to follow. His passing on November 15, 2019 (17th Rabi-ul-Awwal 1441 A.H.) marked the end of an era in the industry. He will always be remembered for his innumerable contributions, his enduring legacy, and the invaluable lessons he taught us. In-sha-Allah.
